Unopened: Keep in a cool, dry place. No refrigeration needed.
Sausage sticks, once opened: Enjoy within a few days, if they last that long. Like any traditional dry sausage, they need to breathe. Move them to a paper bag or wrap them loosely in paper towel. Don't leave them in the original pack or seal them in plastic, trapped moisture leads to spoilage. Left out, they keep drying and firm up, which a lot of people prefer. In the fridge, they stay softer longer.
Beef jerky, once opened: Enjoy within a few days, or keep it in the fridge to stay fresh longer.
